In Touch (October 2017): Spiritual Ethos

CATALYST RETREAT

Morrison high school students from all three campus locations converged in Taichung on September 1st and 2nd for Catalyst. Students had the opportunity to get to know each other better through a series of team building exercises, worship time, meals, and sessions. Guest speakers Evan Barber and Chad Rouse with Axis ministries (https://axis.org/) led some thought provoking sessions (Alone Together/We Are What We Love/Spend Yourself/The Case/What to Do with Doubt) which led to some great discussions during break-out meetings. It was a great time of unity and growth for our students as is evidenced by the photos below! Way to go Broncos, Mustangs, and Sharks!

Crossroads Experience – Crossroads from Hong Kong visited Morrison on September 14-15th. Students had the unique opportunity to experience what it is like to live under the burden of poverty.   Experiences such as this helped open our eyes and change our hearts.  To learn more about Crossroads please check out this video.
