|Tidbits||Asres For the past thirteen years, the K5 classrooms have financially and prayerfully supported Asres, a student from the impoverished country of Ethiopia. Our donations help pay for food, health screening, and school fees for her. Each month, one MCA elementary class prays for Asres, as well as raise support. May is the month for the second graders. This week, we will talk about Asres: why she needs our help, and how we can raise money to send to Compassion to help Asres and her family. This is a great time to teach our students to have empathy for those less fortunate than themselves.
