Bio Sketch:

I grew up in Florida and graduated from Melbourne High School. In college I was active at the Baptist Student Union and there felt led by God to pursue a career in teaching. After graduating I worked in a Medical Lab a couple of years and briefly at EPCOT center, then began teaching in 1983. After seven years of teaching biology and Marine Biology at Winter Park High School, God called me to be a foreign missionary. I married Mary Agnes, completed seminary training, and moved to Taipei for three years of Taiwanese language training. We then moved to Kaohsiung and worked at MAK from 1998 through 2007. All three of our boys (Zachary, Joshua, and Caleb) were born in Taiwan. When we visit the U.S. we stay in Orlando and attend our home church, First Baptist Church/Orlando. I began teaching high school sciences at MCA's Taichung campus in 2009.
